Construction, Contracting Development Group

Construction, contracting and development are a major part of the activities of RAR. Through this group, we have undertaken major projects such as the Makkah-Taif water-transmission system, Makkah reservoirs complex, multiple pipeline complex, overhead electrical lines as well as retail centers, like Al Rashed Mall in Al-Khobar, one of the region's largest retail complexes which has contributed positively to the area's economic and social life.


	Through the group as a holding entity, we utilize the diversity and skills of various units internally in taking on major construction contracts and projects locally and regionally for clients in a variety of industries from buildings to civil works, pipeline construction, waterworks projects, power generation and electricity distribution and the supply and installation of power substations.




The same expertise and experience are employed in development activities that are and will continue to be managed by the group. As such these developments range in activity from large housing complexes, hotels, family entertainment facilities and shopping malls across the Kingdom and internationally.
